Montana Ranks In The Bottom Half For Working Fathers

A recent ranking from WalletHub has Montana coming in at No. 34 overall, putting us in the bottom half of the country.

Part of what hurt our ranking was work-life balance, where Montana came in at No. 40. Economic and social well-being didn't help much either, with the state ranking No. 38 in that category.

Montana also landed in the bottom half for both child care and health, ranking No. 26 and No. 27, respectively.

What's interesting is that we've previously told you Montana ranked in the bottom half for working moms as well, which suggests this isn't just a challenge for dads. It's something the state as a whole may need to find ways to improve for working families.
