If you are traveling long distances out of Montana, the quickest way to get to your destination is to fly.
However, flying isn't always the easiest due to the many restrictions enforced by TSA, who recently added another item to their banned list.

For those of you old enough to remember flying prior to 9/11, it was a pretty easy process.
Now you need to be there far in advance to give you time to make it through security, and the list of what is acceptable and not acceptable to store in a carry on or in a checked bag gets longer each year.
Now, another popular travel item has been added to the list of banned items when it comes to your checked bag.

TSA has banned the lithium-ion rechargeable power banks that people on the go use to charge their electronic devices.
TSA's reasoning is sound, as they claim these power banks sometimes can catch fire or even explode, especially when they are in your luggage stored in the pressurized cargo hold.
This new restricted item joins a long list of items that you're not allowed to fly with that you really should educate yourself on before getting on your next flight.
