The 93^rd annual Montana FFA Convention continues in Great Falls through Saturday. Several contests have been completed and many nervous kids await the results.  Winners in the preliminaries will move onto the finals where they can earn the right to represent Montana at the National Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana in November.

With over 2000 members and guests there are a lot of people moving in a lot of different directions. There are activities set up as well as displays to keep everyone entertained and informed. The other side of the story is when you get a room of 2000 young leaders together, they will find ways to keep busy.

The FFA is made of up of three parts, the Association (members) the Alumni (past members and supporters) and the Foundation (the financial arm for the organization).  In the lobby of the Pacific Steel and Recycling 4- Seasons Arena is a general store as well as a silent auction put on by the Montana FFA Alumni.

Admission to the MT FFA Convention is free.  You don't need to be a member to bid on the items, just stop by the MT ExpoPark and take a look.  If you do, talk to some of the kids and learn about the FFA- you will walk away a fan of the organization.
