Suspect's Charges

According to Cascade County court records, Thomas has a history of crime that includes burglary and theft and now, authorities will be charging him with homicide.

I'm no legal expert but because of the nature of the crime and based on my research, it's likely that the suspect will be charged with deliberate homicide which carries a penalty of anywhere between 10 years and life imprisonment, and even the death penalty.
