New Details On Officer Involved Shooting In Great Falls.
Our newsroom has obtained new information on the officer involved shooting yesterday afternoon in Great Falls. Two people are in custody and according to court documents obtained from the county attorney's office, these people fled on foot after they were stopped by police around 3:30p yesterday afternoon along 6th Avenue South. The first is Jacob Bradley, 37. He is the one that police reportedly shot in the head during a shootout where one officer was also injured.

Bradley has a record and was currently on parole from the state prison in Deer Lodge. He is from Billings. The state has already revoked his parole because of the shooting.

He is recovering at a local hospital today after being shot in the head by police.
Also arrested was Nikki Snell. She was also in the car with Bradley. She is also a felon and served time in a federal prison for a conviction out of Great Falls. She has been charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted person. The drug reportedly found was meth.
The police officer is recovering at a local hospital and is stable condition. We do not know the condition of Bradley at this hour. County Attorney Josh Racki says they are still trying to determine if there were other people in the car. Police were pulling them over during a routine traffic stop when they took off on foot. The shooting occured around 3:55pm yesterday near the intersection of 6th Avenue South and 12th Street. Police are still processing the crime scene at this hour.
