Have you ever tried to throw a golf ball?  I mean really throw one.  They might fly quite a distance depending on your arm strength.  But after doing so for just a few minutes you will find that your elbow and shoulder sockets are beginning to ache.  Trying to throw a lightweight object at any distance will soon lead to pain that will remind you why you use a club for this sport.  But what if we combine the golf sport with another sport like frisbee?  Well, it creates disc golf and is much easier on the joints.  It's also quickly becoming a great sport for all ages to enjoy.
