Dirty Money And Lies. That’s How This Montana Mansion Was Built
Montana is known for some of the most beautiful homes. Some are bigger than one could ever imagine. Numerous bathrooms, movie theaters, multiple kitchens, and at least one game room are just a few of the "extras" in some of these homes. Where do people get the money to build such extravagant homes?
In the case of this Billings mansion, it was stolen money. A lot of stolen money.
Larry Wayne Price Jr. was the man who designed this mansion, dubbed the biggest house in Billings at over 26,000 sq. feet. The problem with this is, the money used to create the mansion was all stolen money. Whether it was from scamming people by selling fake equipment to billing people for services and products they had not used, totaling over $30 million dollars, the money used was NOT Price's to spend.
As you can see from the video above, Price along with a few others, took advantage of everyone and everything they could to create this "fantasy lifestyle" that only the rich and famous could dream of.
The home did finally sell, to a local couple for a little over $7 million dollars in 2021, but there is speculation that it became active again in 2022.
What do you think, if you could build a home this big would you? I can't imagine the upkeep of cleaning and general house maintenance would be easy at all. Or how about the electric bill check you would be cutting every month? I feel sick just thinking about how high that would be.
To be fair, he did a really nice job. The home is beautiful, but beauty won't make people forget the fact that he built it with dirty money. Luckily Price will not be building anything this extravagant again. Not with stolen money anyway.
